Medicore shooter, but they didn't lie - it is quite bright. The story is good also.
Played with Milly. There are three characters to choose, but the game is not much different whichever is chosen. Sometimes the animations are different, but barely (only the hair color and voice are different). I've put the last scene for each character from the ending animation to see how they all look. It goes like this:
