I think this was intended to be a spin-off of the Rayman series, but it never caught on (there is a Rayman easter egg at 00:04:44). It uses the same game engine as Rayman 2.
Collected all thermometers and all 180 antidotes (swirls). However you only need 160 antidotes to finish the game, you get nothing for all of them but I collected em anyway. To collect everything, you need to go back to some levels and search through them again. However I went to the pyramid level three times as I couldn't find everything in the first two runs.
